PocketFansPrivacy Policy
This policy explains what the PocketFans app ("PocketFans") and its online service collect, how we use it, and your choices. Contact: support@cromma.ai.
1. What stays on your iPhone
PocketFans has no accounts. The camera preview, photos and videos you pick, your room settings and the simulated audience all stay on your iPhone. PocketFans does not record, upload or broadcast your camera, microphone, photos or videos.
2. What we receive

3. Service providers
We use Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (network), Supabase (database) and an AI model provider (chat message generation). They process data only to provide these services to us.
4. What we do not do
We do not sell personal information, show third-party ads, use advertising identifiers or track you across other companies' apps and websites.
5. Retention and deletion
Device records and purchase confirmations are kept while the app is in use. Topics are not stored after the messages are generated. Logs are kept for up to 30 days. To delete the records linked to your device, email us from the app's Support page; deleting the app removes everything stored on your iPhone.
6. Children
PocketFans is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
7. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date.

3. 服务商
我们使用 Amazon Web Services（托管）、Cloudflare（网络）、Supabase（数据库）与 AI 模型服务商（弹幕生成）。它们只为向我们提供上述服务而处理数据。
4. 我们不做的
不出售个人信息，不展示第三方广告，不使用广告标识符，不跨其他公司的 App 与网站追踪你。
5. 保存与删除
设备记录与购买确认在你使用期间保存；话题在弹幕生成后不保存；日志最多保存 30 天。要删除与你设备关联的记录，请在 App 的支持页给我们发邮件；删除 App 即清除你 iPhone 上的全部数据。
6. 儿童
口袋粉丝不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们不会有意收集其信息。
7. 变更
变更会公布在本页并更新生效日期。
