PocketFansTerms of Use
PocketFans is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these terms.
1. A simulator
PocketFans simulates a live-stream room. Viewers, chat messages, likes and gifts are generated by the app and are not real people or real money. Nothing is broadcast.
2. Use it honestly
Do not use simulated rooms to deceive others, for example by presenting fake audiences as real to sponsors, buyers or platforms, or to commit fraud. You are responsible for how you use recordings or screenshots you make.
3. Purchases
PocketFans Pro is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Purchases can be restored on the same Apple ID from the app. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
4. AI-generated messages
AI chat messages are generated automatically from your topic and may be inaccurate. Do not enter personal or sensitive information as a topic.
